Tezpur, June 21, 2025: Edupur Foundation had the honour of participating in the 11th International Yoga Day celebration held at the Army Meghna Stadium, located within the Gajraj Corps, Solmara Army Camp, Tezpur. The programme commenced at 5:30 AM IST, uniting participants in a collective celebration of health, mindfulness, and discipline.
The event saw active participation from Indian Army personnel, ex-servicemen, their families, and members of the Art of Living Foundation, alongside representatives from Edupur Foundation. Representing Edupur Foundation were Amit Raj Konwar (Director) and Rahul Gogoi,accompanied by interns Riya Borah and Trishna Devi from tezpur University Participants engaged in a guided yoga practice following the Common Yoga Protocol, featuring asanas such as Tadasana, Pawanmuktasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, and Pranayama. These practices emphasized strength, flexibility, breath control, and mental clarity embodying the true essence of yoga.
The programme concluded with the felicitation of the Chief Guest Amit Sood, followed by a vote of thanks and a warm breakfast served to all attendees, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and shared wellness.Edupur Foundation expresses its sincere gratitude to the organising committee of the Indian Army for the invitation and enriching experience.
