Hudupara Than

Hudupara Than, also known as Lata Than, is situated in the eastern part of Ketekibari in Tezpur. The name “Lata Than” originates from the dense cover of tree vines that cover the entire site. According to legend, Lord Krishna rested here during the battle of Hari-Hara. Every year on Maghi Purnima, the Akhanda Bhagawat Path is celebrated at this sacred site as part of the Holi festival, drawing devotees to offer their worship.
