Sonitpur Administration Holds Flood Preparedness Meeting

District Commissioner Shri Ananda Kumar Das today presided over a flood preparedness meeting for 2026–27 with officials of the Food, Public Distribution & Consumer Affairs Branch at Conference Hall-I of the DC’s Office, Sonitpur.

The meeting centered on ensuring the uninterrupted availability and distribution of essential commodities during the upcoming flood season. ADC Shri Tridib Roy, DDS Sonitpur, representatives of the Chambers of Commerce, Rice Millers Association, LPG distributors, Petrol Pump Association, wholesalers, and other stakeholders were present at the meeting.
