Pakke wildlife Sanctuary

Pakke Wildlife Sanctuary and Tiger Reserve is located south of Nameri National Park in the East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh, extending into Shijusa in Assam, northeastern India. Covering an area exceeding 1,000 square kilometers, the sanctuary features elevations ranging from 79 meters to over 1,500 meters above sea level. It is rich in biodiversity, providing a habitat for a wide variety of flora and fauna, including tigers, Indian leopards, snakes, wild dogs, Indian monkeys, and Asiatic jackals.
