Sonitpur Land Acquisition: DC Reviews Solmara Air Force Station Upgradation Project

TEZPUR: In a major step toward regional defense infrastructure development, the District Commissioner of Sonitpur, Shri Ananda Kumar Das, today visited Bokajan, located near the Solmara Air Force Station. The visit was aimed at inspecting and reviewing the ongoing land acquisition process for the proposed upgradation project of the Air Force Station.

The District Commissioner was accompanied on-site by:

• Smti Sanskriti Somani, CDC, Rangapara
• The Circle Officer of the Chariduar Revenue Circle
• Senior officials from relevant departments

During the joint inspection, the administrative team evaluated the current status of the proposed land acquisition and surveyed the designated areas to ensure smooth progress for the defense project.
