District Commissioner Chairs Review Meeting on Excise Revenue and Security Measures

District Commissioner of Sonitpur, Shri Ananda Kumar Das, chaired a review meeting today at the District Commissioner’s Conference Hall in Tezpur.

The meeting, held with officials of the Excise Department and other concerned authorities, focused on reviewing several key administrative and regulatory issues:

• Financial and Regulatory Matters: Evaluation of excise revenue, regulatory compliance, and permit regulation.
• Security and Enforcement: Implementation of security measures, including the installation of CCTV cameras.
• Public Safety: Maintenance of law and order around licensed establishments.
