HSLC Compartmental Exam 2026: Strict Section 163 Imposed in Sonitpur

TEZPUR: The Sonitpur District Administration has issued strict prohibitory orders for the upcoming HSLC Compartmental Examination, 2026.

To ensure free, fair, and peaceful exams, restrictions under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) will be active across the district from May 29 to June 5, 2026.

The administration will strictly enforce the following rules to prevent cheating and maintain order around exam centres:

🚫 Key Restrictions

• No Crowding: No unauthorized people can gather within 100 meters of any examination centre.
• No Electronic Devices: Students and unauthorized staff cannot bring mobile phones, smartwatches, scanners, or Bluetooth devices inside the exam halls.
• No Textual Materials: Books, notes, papers, or any written materials are strictly banned inside the exam premises.
