Brew your way – A State Level Tea Brewing/preparing Contest:
Organised by Tezpur Online – An Ecommerce Platform of Tezpur, this is a state level competition.
We believe that this event will play a significant role in creating necessary awareness,knowledge,
and interest amongst the consumers about Assam Tea. This endeavor is also expected to attract the
upcoming youth, entrepreneurs and women towards creating a favorable disposition for tea as a
life-style and exciting drink.
Additionally, this competition aims to:
 Bring together people of various segments and sectors and be an aid to each other’s
business/brand/recognition.
 Foster the creative talent of preparing, brewing and mixing of Tea variants.
 Develop and promote new approaches to preparing and serving tea.
 Raise the status of tea culture among consumers.
 Raise the prestige of careers in the tea industry.
 And in the long run, foster professional development and exchange of ideas among
specialists in the hospitality industry, the specialised retail/wholesale industry and tea
processing industries.
Venue:
The competition will take place in Tezpur, Assam, on 21.02.2021. with a maximum of 30
participants.
Registration is free.
The competition shall include participants from all over Assam. The contestants shall require
preparing and serving the beverage to the panel of judges.
The categories would be:
1. Milk Tea
2. Non-Milk Tea
3. Tea Infused Drink (Tea Mixology)
The winners from each category will get INR 5,000/- along with various gift hampers.
Brew Your way will be our first event with which we hope to kick-start the motive to bring out and
foster creativity, inspiration and magic in food, drink and aura when it comes to Tea. In return of the
inspiration, the contestants will be rewarded with prizes and warmth as that of their created cup of
Tea !
